Referral Partner commission rates apply to Commissionable Net Pilot Deposits actually received and retained by FinalFlowRx. Commission levels are maintained for six months after the applicable threshold is reached. After six months, the partner may retain the level by meeting the maintenance target or step down to the highest level supported by recent paid deposit activity.

Channel Partners commit to annual pilot goals or may pay an approved tier maintenance fee to preserve channel status. White Label Partners are evaluated separately based on market reach, client ownership, support responsibilities, brand use, service standards, and commercial fit.
Annual Partner Training Required
Partner training helps protect client experience, approved messaging, pilot qualification standards, onboarding expectations, pricing boundaries, and Cash Insights™ brand quality.

Partner training is anticipated to begin in July 2026. Before training begins, qualified referrals may be submitted without training. After training launches, untrained referral partners may be compensated for only one qualified paid pilot deposit per calendar month. Unlimited referral compensation requires annual partner training and good standing.
Client Experience Standards
Every referred, channel-generated, or white-label client may be asked to complete a client experience survey during or after the pilot onboarding process. Cash Insights™ reserves the right to review client feedback, onboarding quality, communication quality, professionalism, and overall partner conduct.
Unsatisfactory client feedback, misleading representations, poor communication, pressure-based selling, failure to follow approved messaging, unauthorized pricing promises, or conduct that harms the Cash Insights™ brand may be grounds for commission holdback, tier reduction, suspension, removal from the program, termination of partner status, or loss of future residual eligibility.

Commissionable Net Pilot Deposit
Commissionable Net Pilot Deposit means the qualifying pilot deposit amount actually received and retained by FinalFlowRx after the applicable subscription credit window, net of refunds, chargebacks, credits used, discounts, taxes, processing fees, pass-through costs, custom development, separately negotiated services, or other offsets.
Subscription Credit and Commission Timing
Partner commissions are calculated after the 60-day subscription credit window has expired or after the client’s credit election has been resolved, whichever occurs first.
If the client does not proceed with a subscription within 60 days after completion of the pilot demo, the unused subscription credit expires and the full qualifying pilot deposit may become commissionable, subject to chargebacks, refunds, processing fees, taxes, and other applicable offsets.
If the client proceeds within the 60-day credit window and applies an available pilot credit, partner commission will be calculated on the remaining Commissionable Net Pilot Deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Expired Credit Policy
Pilot subscription credits are valid only within the stated 60-day credit window following completion of the pilot demo. If the client does not proceed within that window, the credit expires.
Any decision by FinalFlowRx to honor all or part of an expired credit after the 60-day window is discretionary and may be reduced by partner commissions, processing costs, administrative costs, or other amounts already paid or incurred in connection with the original pilot deposit.
Residual Subscription Commission
Where approved in writing, partners may become eligible for residual subscription commissions after a qualified referred or channel-generated client has remained an active paid Cash Insights™ subscriber for at least 12 consecutive months.
The residual commission rate will generally equal one-tenth of the partner’s applicable pilot commission rate at the time of client conversion, subject to partner good standing, client satisfaction, payment retention, and FinalFlowRx program policies.
For example, if the applicable pilot commission rate is 10%, the residual subscription commission rate would generally be 1.0%. If the applicable pilot commission rate is 20%, the residual subscription commission rate would generally be 2.0%.
Residual commissions are calculated only on net subscription revenue actually received and retained by FinalFlowRx after the client’s first 12 months as an active paid subscriber, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, discounts, processing fees, pass-through costs, custom development, implementation fees, separately negotiated services, and other offsets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Partner Performance Review and Early Termination
Partner participation is conditional on good standing, professional conduct, approved messaging, client satisfaction, timely communication, and adherence to FinalFlowRx program standards.
FinalFlowRx may review partner performance at any time, including before a client reaches the first 12 months of subscription activity.
Partners may be reduced, suspended, removed from the program, or deemed ineligible for future commissions or residuals if they demonstrate poor performance, weak client service, misleading communication, unauthorized promises, failure to follow approved messaging, poor responsiveness, low-quality referrals, poor client feedback, or conduct that may harm the Cash Insights™ or FinalFlowRx brand.
Residual commission eligibility does not vest until the referred or channel-generated client has remained an active paid subscriber for at least 12 consecutive months and the partner remains in good standing at that time.
Commission Holdback, Reduction, and Clawback
FinalFlowRx may hold, reduce, suspend, offset, or claw back pilot commissions or residual commissions if a payment is refunded, charged back, disputed, reversed, credited, or otherwise not retained.
FinalFlowRx may also hold, reduce, suspend, offset, or claw back commissions if a partner provides misleading information, makes unauthorized pricing or product promises, requests prohibited client data, damages the client experience, fails to follow approved messaging, receives poor performance or customer service feedback, or otherwise fails to remain in good standing.
Residual commissions may be discontinued if the client cancels, fails to pay, downgrades, receives a refund or credit, disputes payment, or if the partner is no longer in good standing.
