Duane Morris is a CPA, former interim CFO, and founder of FinalFlowRx™ and Cash Insights™. Over a 35-year career spanning public accounting, enterprise finance, nonprofit stabilization, and public-sector recovery, he repeatedly encountered the same systemic failure: net income and EBITDA masking real liquidity risk.

Even after owning and operating a 10-person CPA firm, Duane learned firsthand that net income does not equal liquidity—timing does. That realization led to the creation of the patented Naturalized Cashflow Engine™ (NCFE), which separates accrual activity from bank-verified cash movement to deliver predictive liquidity intelligence.
