Cash Insights™ LGX Subscription Paths
Pricing Based on Cash Movement and Complexity
Cash Insights™ subscription pricing is designed to scale with the cash environment being governed. Smaller organizations can access affordable continuity pricing, while larger or more complex organizations are priced according to cash movement, reporting needs, governance complexity, users, entities, bank accounts, and support requirements.
Annual Combined Cash Movement
Annual Combined Cash Movement means total cash debits plus total cash credits across all in-scope cash, bank, treasury, reserve, investment, endowment, restricted, payroll, debt service, grant, project, or cash-equivalent accounts during a 12-month measurement period, excluding internal transfers when appropriate to avoid double counting.
Pricing is based on cash movement, not static account balances.

Tier Placement and Review
Initial tier placement may be based on the client’s prior fiscal year Annual Combined Cash Movement, estimated cash activity, self-attestation, or available onboarding information.
As Cash Insights™ processes client activity, FinalFlowRx may review actual cash movement and operating complexity to confirm that the selected tier remains appropriate.
Tier adjustments are generally considered when the client’s Annual Combined Cash Movement moves into a different pricing tier or when the client’s operating complexity, reporting scope, entities, bank accounts, users, governance needs, or support requirements materially change. Tier adjustments are generally prospective and apply to future billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope and Anti-Gaming Policy
Pricing is based on the cash environment Cash Insights™ is supporting, not merely the subset of bank accounts, reports, entities, users, or data sources initially connected.
Clients may not limit connected accounts, reports, entities, users, or data sources in order to qualify for a lower tier while using Cash Insights™ to support a broader cash environment.
In-scope accounts may include operating accounts, payroll accounts, treasury accounts, reserve accounts, investment or endowment accounts, restricted funds, grant accounts, project accounts, debt service accounts, or other cash-equivalent accounts when those accounts are part of the liquidity visibility, reporting, forecasting, or governance scope.
Balances Show Capacity. Movement Shows Workload.
Growth, CAPEX cycles, funding events, payroll expansion, inventory purchases, and major operating changes may increase the reporting and governance workload. Slower periods or reduced activity may support a lower tier at the next review.
View Pilot Program Request Subscription ConversationSubscription pricing is subject to scope, onboarding review, data availability, reporting requirements, support level, client environment, applicable agreement terms, and FinalFlowRx approval. Pricing tiers are starting points and may vary based on complexity, implementation requirements, custom development, integrations, governance needs, and separately negotiated services.
Cash Insights™ Maintenance & Support
Standard Support Included. Custom Environments Protected.
Subscription pricing covers the recurring Cash Insights™ environment based on cash movement, scope, and complexity. Maintenance and support policies clarify what is included in the selected tier and when additional configuration, integration, or support fees may apply.
Standard Maintenance Included
Standard subscription pricing includes routine platform maintenance, basic reporting environment upkeep, ordinary configuration maintenance within the approved scope, and support access based on the selected subscription tier.
Lower-tier plans are designed for email and chat-based support. Expanded human support, custom advisory time, live review meetings, and complex configuration work may require a higher tier or separate scope.

Support Scope by Tier
Support availability depends on the selected subscription tier. Lower-tier plans are designed for email and chat-based support so smaller organizations can access Cash Insights™ without the cost of unlimited human advisory time.
Live meetings, dedicated advisory time, custom reporting, expanded mapping, custom integrations, implementation support, and special analysis may require a higher subscription tier or separate statement of work.
Scope Protection
Maintenance fees are intended to preserve system reliability, mapping integrity, reporting continuity, and client-specific configuration quality over time.
Custom integrations, custom development, historical data conversion, significant data cleanup, expanded mapping, special reporting packages, API work, dedicated implementation resources, and unusually complex support requirements may be separately scoped and billed.
Basic maintenance is included within the approved subscription scope. Custom environment maintenance may be separately scoped and billed.
Protect the Environment. Preserve the Intelligence.
Cash Insights™ is designed to preserve reporting continuity, mapping discipline, and liquidity visibility as client environments evolve. Maintenance and support are scoped to keep the platform reliable, useful, and aligned with the cash environment being governed.
